A dog's tongue was cut off during grooming in the Moscow region
The dog was returned from a pet grooming salon in Sergiev Posad with a haircut, but without part of its tongue. The salon director wrote off the incident as an accident: the animal could have twitched during the procedure, but they still demanded money for the service.
After the procedure, the dog was stressed and did not feel well for the whole day, and it was no longer possible to restore the tongue. When the case began to spread online, the manager apologized with an ordinary message with a heart: “Once again, we wish you a speedy recovery.”
The money was eventually returned to the owner, but only after her public statement. She said that she would not hold the salon liable – this would not help her injured pet.
