Poiana Brașov, Predeal and Sinaia dominate the demand for Christmas and New Year's Eve, the price differences reach from hundreds to tens of thousands of lei, and the 2025-2026 winter season confirms the maturation of domestic tourism, with more organized tourists, higher average expenses and increased interest in complete experiences, Adrian Voican, co-founder of Bibi Touring, says for Profit.ro.
For the Christmas period, Poiana Brașov, Sinaia, Călimănești-Căciulata, Băile Felix and Maramureș are in the top of preferences, with significant price and service differences between the basic and premium offers, according to the data sent by the travel agency Bibi Touring, specialized in the incoming segment.
