“I haven't seen it, but let me tell you why it's not like there!”

Gigi Becali (67 years old) was live on TV Saturday morning, and talked about the problems he had with the judiciary in Romania.
The owner of the FCSB champion had big problems with the law in the past, receiving three final convictions in 2013, in the “Valiza” file, in the one regarding the exchange of land with MApN and in the file regarding the seizure of the thieves who stole his car. The sentences were merged and he was released on parole in 2015.
Gigi Becali made a reference to the Recorder viral documentary “Captured Justice” and recalled the moment when he was convicted. The champion's boss believes that now the judicial system has recovered: “95 percent of the judges in Romania do their job correctly”.
Gigi Becali, about the judiciary in Romania: “I haven't seen the Recorder documentary. But let me tell you why it's not like there!”
“A television station says that Becali is the man of the system. I have no idea. If there was a system, I would lead it! If I entered a system, I would only enter if I lead it millimetrically. Everyone, generals, judges, at my orders. They call on me, but I told them that I lead everything.
Not that the system is corruptible, you have to take what happened. Becali, you do prison. My sentence of three and a half years was cumulative. You're doing jail time because your car was stolen, you shouldn't have taken it from the thieves. We arrest you after nine months for seizing the thieves. And there is also the film in which Becali sits with the thieves at the bar and drinks whiskey and coffee.
I haven't seen the Recorder documentary. But let me tell you why it's not like there. When they convicted me, the system was 70% correct and 30% rigged. Now there is no such thing.
Now I'm dealing with lawyers. Now they have to pull a lot of strings, but I can't anymore. Currently, 95% of the judges are fair, just, they no longer respond to any orders. No one has the courage to intervene. There are a few from the old days, about 3%.
If they had the power, they would execute me again, but I can't anymore. There is this 3% of judges who were “two and a quarter” officers or covered by who knows what. They are rotten, they have poison in them, but they also have no courage left“, said Gigi Becali, on the show “Digi Sport Matinal”
Gigi Becali, harsh reply for Florin Talpan: “I feel sorry for him”
Becali also came with a harsh reaction to Florin Talpan, the lawyer from CSA Steaua with whom he has been facing for over a decade:
“And let me tell you something about Talpan: Romania will not belong to Talpan. Romania is Orthodox, it belongs to Becali. I have nothing personal with him, the poor man, may God forgive him, I really feel sorry for him. But Romania must not be his.
Since you take the CSA and Talpan wins lawsuits, and no general has the backbone to say “what are we doing here?”, then there is a problem. The star belongs to Becali, to whom it was given when it should have been given. That's what I mean. That's why I feel sorry for him, because he had no benefit.

Florin Talpan
A weak, corrupt, fragile Romania, without dignity, this is what I mean when I say “Talpan's Romania”, a Romania that accepts fraud and robbery. Look, the deed has been signed, money has been given, and it's his. Look Dinamo: is anyone asking for it back? Well, the crooks, the robbers, you gave it to Becali,” the businessman also said.
