This morning in the Leninsky district of Krasnoyarsk there were two traffic accidents involving pedestrian violators. The women crossed the roadway in the wrong place, in the visibility zone of the crossing, when it was still dark on the street, the traffic police reported.
The first accident happened in Krasrab near house no. 58: a 32-year-old driver of a Kia hit a 72-year-old grandmother.
A similar incident occurred with an interval of 5 minutes on 26 Baku Komissarov Street, 3: a 43-year-old VAZ driver hit a 54-year-old violator.
As a result, both female pedestrians were injured and were taken to the hospital.
The Krasnoyarsk State Traffic Inspectorate reminds that crossing the roadway is only possible in permitted places, and in conditions of poor visibility and darkness, it encourages pedestrians to use reflective elements on clothing and accessories.
