Mouna Jlezi, all smiles after the victory: “Today we are partying!”

Mouna Jlezi spoke with GSP reporters at the end of the match.

“For us it was difficult at the beginning. We qualified for the first time after 11 years in the second round of the competition. Today, at the beginning, there were some emotions. Austria is a team with tradition, it has an important history.

Gradually, the defense started to do very well. The girls were amazing. I gained confidence and it was good.

I gained confidence too, it was hard on the pivot, I did everything I could. I also helped as much as I could, the important thing is that I won!

Now we are having a party, we are very happy. Today we celebrate, tomorrow we start training. We are preparing for the duel with Argentina. Why not win there and improve our ranking?”, Mouna Jlezi transmitted through GSP.
