Rapper Poorstacy, 26, was found dead in a Florida hotel room. The musician, whose real name was Carlito Milfort, was rushed to the hospital, but could not be saved. The cause of death has not yet been released and authorities are continuing to investigate.

A native of Palm Beach, Florida, Poorstacy was in the hotel with a woman and a small child, and had been staying at the complex for about 10 days before the tragic event, according to a hotel employee, express writes.
The young artist was known for his musical fusion of hip-hop, punk rock and heavy metal. Throughout his career, he has released two studio albums and two EPs, and was featured on the Grammy-nominated soundtrack for the film Bill & Ted Face the Music.
Poorstacy frequently collaborated with Travis Barker, the legendary drummer of Blink-182, in developing his musical style.
His last Instagram post was made on August 15 and featured three photos of him in a car.
