The granddaughter of the ex-mayor of Samara, who is accused of murdering her grandparents, confessed. Ekaterina Tarkhova said during interrogation that she had an accomplice who fled the region. Now he is wanted.
According to the Investigative Committee, the girl explained the murder with mercenary motives. According to her, she wanted to receive the property of her relatives. For the sake of the apartment, she poisoned her grandparents and froze them with nitrogen. After which her accomplice dismembered the bodies, parts of which they scattered together in the trash cans of Samara.
Tarkhova is awaiting a psychiatric examination; a criminal case has been opened against her. Previously, she stopped speaking due to stress.
