After the Ciucani had a good start to the match, Rapid managed to open the scoring in the 10th minute, and Aioani passed to Grameni's goal, his former teammate with whom he won the title together with Farul.
Being close to the 16-meter line of his own box, Aioani made a powerful clearance. The ball passed absolutely all the defenders of the guests and reached Grameni, who sprinted through them. The midfielder managed a classy take-over with the outside of his left foot.
He advanced with Vegh behind him into the box and scored with his left foot into the far corner. Eduard Pap had no chance. It was Grameni's second goal in the 8 Superliga matches he played in this season.
It was not Aioani's first successful assist in the Superliga. He had managed to do this 4 years ago, in a Chindia Târgoviște – Hermannstadt, score 2-0, match played on April 17, 2021. Then, the goalkeeper made the decisive pass to Daniel Florea's goal, which closed the game in that match.
