“I want to make it clear that I use the right of veto only when the interests of citizens, the transparency of law and the stability of the state require it. The second bill vetoed is changes to the Electoral Code.

How the president justified the veto on changes in the taxation of family foundations

Changes in the taxation of a family foundation were provided for in the amendment to the Corporate Income Tax Act. The president justified in a recording published on X that a veto is “opposition to abandoning the agreement the state concluded with Poles“.
