SAFE Fund. Some of the investments are already underway
Kosiniak-Kamysz emphasized that some of the investments already underway, such as the Wisła program, are to be financed in a more favorable way thanks to SAFE funds. Additionally, about 20 projects will be implemented in cooperation with other countries. The minister estimates that as many as 89 percent expenditure on armaments can be invested in the Polish arms industry.
Poland has also prepared a reserve list of projects that can replace those initially planned, if necessary. All this to ensure that the funds guaranteed to Poland are fully used. Kosiniak-Kamysz assured that no euro would be wasted.
