— Decisions regarding Europe's security must be made with the participation of Europe, the so-called coalition of the willing Volodymyr Zelensky.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky also announced that he is ready to discuss any “sensitive points” of the peace plan with US President Donald Trump, and European leaders should take part in the conversation, reports Reuters.

Zelensky called on European leaders to develop a framework for a program to deploy the so-called reinsurance forces and to continue supporting Kiev “as long as Moscow shows no will to end the war.”
Last week, Donald Trump's administration presented a 28-point peace plan to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and is pressuring him to accept it by Thursday at the latest. The plan was perceived as playing into Russia's hands, although American officials warn that it may still be subject to changes.
European leaders responded to the US plan on Sunday by presenting their version of the project. The proposal introduces some modifications to the American proposal, including: on limiting the size of the Ukrainian army and assumes guarantees similar to those in Art. 5 NATO.
