In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the results of the implementation of the “Clean Air” program of the national project “Ecological Well-Being” were summed up. In 2025, 508 houses in Minusinsk received modern eco-heating.
Resident of Ostrovskaya Street Victoria Mikhina has already appreciated the convenience of the equipment: “I service the new boiler once a week. Previously, I had to light the old boiler in the morning and come back from work in the evening to light it again. Now the house is always warm, there is no smoke or dust, the air is clean.”
Another participant in the program was the family of Northern Military District veteran Vitaly Karavaev. “Installing the new equipment took half a day. Previously, we had a manually loaded boiler; it produced a lot of soot. Now there are no emissions or soot,” noted Vitaly Karavaev.
The equipment operates in automatic mode: it burns stably, accurately doses fuel and maintains the set temperature without overheating, which minimizes the amount of harmful emissions.
Let us remind you that, on behalf of the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Mikhail Kotyukov, the volume of work on re-equipping private sector houses this year was increased from the planned 200 to 500. In total, since 2024, more than 700 private houses in Minusinsk have been converted to environmentally friendly equipment under the Clean Air program.
Minister of Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Vladimir Chasovitin noted that the transition of the private sector of Minusinsk to environmentally friendly heating remains a priority to improve the quality of atmospheric air.
“Emissions from the private sector in Minusinsk are about 85%. Therefore, the key task is to transfer as many households as possible to cleaner heating options,” said Vladimir Chasovitin. “But the work doesn’t end there; we plan to install an additional 22 boilers – due to the existing savings in the region’s budget. Next year the program will continue using federal and regional funds. The plan is to refurbish more than 600 homes.”
