Driver caught behind the wheel with a blood alcohol level of almost 3 per thousand, in Alba. Blood samples were taken from him twice

A 43-year-old man was detained after he was caught by the police while driving a car with an alcohol concentration of 2.93 g/l of pure alcohol in his blood, IPJ Alba announces.
According to the Police, the man, from Adămuş commune, Mureş county, was stopped on the evening of November 21, around 10 p.m., for control, on Avram Iancu street in Cetatea de Baltă commune, Alba county.
“He refused to be tested with the breathalyzer device, being taken to the hospital, in order to take biological blood samples. The results of the toxicological analyzes carried out on the biological samples taken, indicated the concentration of 2.93 g/l of pure alcohol in the blood, for the first sample and 2.76 g/l of pure alcohol in the blood, for the second sample”, IPJ Alba reported on Sunday.
The man was detained for 24 hours, for driving a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and during the day today he will be presented to the Prosecutor's Office attached to the Blaj Court, for the disposition of legal measures.
