Every third official in the Russian region failed a dictation in the Russian language
Of the 143 representatives of the authorities of the Vologda region, only 100 passed the dictation, of which only one received an “A”. The most popular violation was the ending “tsya”, in which the soft sign was written incorrectly or replaced with “tsa”.
This greatly angered the governor; the head of the region blamed it all on Internet correspondence and auto-filling.
