A Davidich fan decided to break the blogger’s squat record on a bet and ended up in the hospital. The result of the challenge is 2 thousand squats, plus 20k rubles, minus the liver and kidneys.
It all happened on January 26 in Vladivostok. 21-year-old Nikita bet with his colleagues that he would break Eric’s record on stream of 1251 squats. The guy did squats from 6 pm to 3 am, and the next morning he could not get out of bed. For three days he tried to live as usual and went to work – until he noticed that his urine had turned tea brown.
Nikita went to the hospital – it turned out that all the tests were above normal, especially creatinine. Doctors admitted him to the hospital, where they treated his liver and kidneys. A final diagnosis was never made – the local hospital had never encountered anything like this before, and they didn’t know how to treat it. Nikita lost 7 kg from the squat evening, and his legs stopped hurting only a week ago. He hasn’t been involved in sports at all for the last 5-6 years.
