Tributes to Emeric Ienei in Ghencea and Oradea. What the “military” wrote at the Steaua stadium

After the death of the legendary Emeric Iena at the age of 88, club officials and supporters paid tribute to him at the stadiums in Oradea and Ghencea, arenas where he wrote history.
Footballers from FC Bihor, the League 2 team, together with a delegation lit candles in the middle of the local “Iuliu Bodoloa” stadium.
Also, at the stadium in Ghencea, some candles were lit on the esplanade of the Steaua stadium. However, large groups of star supporters met at around 21:00 to pay tribute to Emeric Ienei, the legend of the club.
The message from the Steaua stadium: “Legends never die”
At the stadium in Ghencea, moving messages were displayed in memory of Emeric Ienei: “Legends never die” and “We will always love you”. A few candles were lit near the stadium. For now, the area is quiet, but supporters have announced that they will gather around 21:00 to commemorate the former technician of Stela.

This evening, the entire collective of our club's senior team gathered at the “Iuliu Bodola” Stadium in Oradea to pay a pious tribute to Emeric Ienei, one of the greatest personalities of Bihorian and Romanian football.
The players, together with the technical staff, lit candles in the middle of the field, as a sign of gratitude and respect for the man who inspired entire generations through modesty, professionalism and love for this sport.
