Tourists in Greece now regret one thing – that they did not take a boat with them. On the islands of Paros, Syros and Mykonos there are knee-deep rivers, washed away cars and destroyed houses.
Almost the entire tourist Cyclades archipelago was flooded due to heavy rains brought by the cyclone. Authorities are asking locals not to go outside unnecessarily – they say the flooding may worsen in the coming days.
