The fastest man in Romania, a former tennis player and a performance gymnast are the last participants of Desafio

The lucky ones, the Dreamers and the Fighters are the three teams that will have the chance to win the grand prize of up to 150,000 euros in Pro TV's newest show, “Desafio, Aventura”. The station announced the contestants of the last team that will go to Thailand.
After Pro TV announced that Bettyshor, the “King of Fitness” and Florin Prunea are leaving for Thailand, the station also made public the names of the “Dreamers” team.

Valentin Tănase, the fastest man in Romania reached a speed of 45 km/h, enters the jungle for the grand prize.
“I've been training for this show all my life. If I win, I will buy my mother an apartment, I will create a sports association where I will bring all the children who think they have no hope in life to play sports and rise through sports“, he says.
Rafael Szabo, performance gymnast, has been doing sports since he was 5 years old. He dreams of becoming an Olympic champion and proving that inner strength can overcome anything.
“My mother is my motivation, I feel her in my soul and I feel that I can move forward in any context”Rafael pointed out.
Who else is participating in Desafio, the 2025 edition?
Another athlete enters the jungle for the big prize. Cristina Aiello is a former tennis player, now passionate about padel.
“She learned discipline from sports, but also how to manage failure. Courageous, ambitious and positive, she feels at home in the Dreamers team,” is the presentation for it.
- Nicoleta Mirea. Known as the “Celine Dion of Romania”, Nicoleta did athletics, is a trainer and nutrition consultant, and for her movement is a way of life.
- Basil Lucian. Nicknamed “The Leopard”, he is charismatic, energetic and full of stories. “I am the most positive person and that will help me along the way and I will overcome any obstacle,” he says.
- Andreea Boldeanu. Flight attendant and actress, college graduate and Masters. A perfectionist but a dreamer, she came to Desafio: The Adventure to overcome her fears and step out of her comfort zone.
- Aurora Ghinoiu. Singer and songwriter, she brought music to sports competition. He has been singing since he was 5 years old, and music has always been his therapy.
- Nadine German. A true shepherd, he had over 200 goats and is proud of the simple and clean life he leads.
What is Desafio, the show that replaces Survivor in the PRO TV grid
Desafio, a Spanish term that translates into Romanian as “challenge”, is described by PRO TV as “a reality game show that combines sports competition, team strategies and social dynamics between competitors”.
The 3 teams will fight weekly for 3 territories: the luxury villa, “destined for those who win the rounds and can enjoy comfort”, the village of the locals, “where the competitors live in moderate conditions and have to integrate into the community”, respectively the wasteland, “the harsh place where those who lose end up, facing shortages and difficulties”.
Depending on the results of each week, the competitors will rotate between the 3 territories.
