Sexual scandal in “Karpenko-Karyo”: Kravchenko's prosecutors announced suspicion of crimes against teacher Andrii Bilous.
At the beginning of the year, a student of KNUTKiT named after Karpenka-Karogo told about harassment by the teacher. Her story shocked the country, and then other testimonies of female students began to appear, the Prosecutor General said.
Today, this teacher received an official suspicion of sexual crimes:
— Part 2, Part 3 of Article 152 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (rape),
— Part 1, Part 2 of Article 153 of the Criminal Code (sexual violence).
Prosecutor General Kravchenko said that a petition for a preventive measure has already been submitted, and his deputy Maria Vdovichenko will personally represent the case in court.
