About 29 percent people wanted to download or print a form or access personal information. Poles were least likely to use e-administration to apply for official documents (7.8%).
According to the Central Statistical Office, Poles' digital skills depend on age. 75.7% have basic or post-basic competences. people aged 25-34 and 73.6 percent in the group 16–24. Among people aged 65 to 74, this percentage was 12.3%.
