On April 15 there was an appeal, in court they could not prove two articles – 282 and 325, so he was excluded from the register of terrorists and extremists. Of course I'm glad. My lawyer and I will continue to challenge Charlotte's conclusion.
Eduard Charlotte was detained in November 2023 in Pulkovo in St. Petersburg because of a video in which he burns his Russian passport. He said that he did not consider himself a citizen of Russia.
In December 2024, a Samara court sentenced Charlotte to 5.5 years in a penal colony on charges of insulting the feelings of believers and rehabilitation of Nazism, plus for inciting hatred.
