It turns out that PiS eavesdropped on my wife and daughter using Pegasus – wrote Prime Minister Donald Tusk, commenting on Onet's reports, according to which the Prime Minister's daughter, Katarzyna Tusk-Cudna, received the status of a victim in an investigation into the use of the Pegasus system.

The information about granting the prime minister's daughter the status of a victim in the investigation into the abuse of the Pegasus system was confirmed by Prosecutor Józef Gacek from the District Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw in an interview with Onet on Wednesday. According to Onet, the prime minister's wife, Małgorzata Tusk, is also to be questioned.
“It turns out that PiS eavesdropped on my wife and daughter using Pegasus. Granddaughters and grandchildren too, arsonist from Żoliborz?” – wrote Tusk on the X platform. “In this eavesdropping of my relatives, Kaczyński probably wanted to protect the institution of the family. In the name of traditional values, of course,” added the Prime Minister.
Onet reported that the prime minister's daughter was a client of Roman Giertych, then a lawyer, now a KO MP; Giertych represented her in cases concerning the protection of personal rights brought against tabloids. Onet pointed out that in the past Giertych was also the attorney of Donald Tusk's son, Michał, but nothing is known about his interrogation plans yet.
