In the Italian championship, Piotr Zielinski was used sporadically, a total of 52 minutes in 4 appearances in the first 7 stages, but in the Champions League he was essential, starting with Slavia Prague and full-time with Union SG.
After a season in which he was not a regular at Inter, averaging 45 minutes in 39 appearances under Simone Inzaghi, Zielinski was delighted with the way Cristi Chivu managed his time on the pitch.
