A one-year-old child almost died from suffocation after choking on a sticker in Moscow.
The boy was admitted to the hospital. G.N. Speransky with complaints of excessive salivation and nausea. Relatives said that after he took a bite of the apple, he choked and began to turn blue. Doctors urgently took him to a medical facility and did a CT scan – it showed that a sticker, and not a piece of fruit, was stuck in the middle third of the esophagus.
During gastroscopy, specialists removed a piece of paper. The next day he was discharged home. Feels good, plays with trinkets.
