Hansi Flick vehemently contradicts the information regarding the disciplinary issue concerning Lamine Yamal. The Barcelona coach claims he retains full decision-making authority at the Spanish champions.
Hansi Flick categorized the rumors as “misery” and wanted to specify that absolutely no one will destroy the authority at FC Barcleona. Throughout the week, speculation grew around an alleged act of indiscipline on the part of Lamine Yamal.
Flick: “I'm not hiding anything! The technical staff makes the sporting decisions”
Sources close to the Blaugrana claimed that the Spanish right winger was late for a training session ahead of the Champions League game against PSG, which would have caused an intervention from the club's president, Joan Laporta, to ensure the tenure of the “2025 Kopa Trophy” winner.

“The rumor about Lamine is miserable,” said the visibly frustrated German coach at the press conference before the match against Girona. “I wish I knew where it came from, it's bullshit! Hansi Flick thus sought to extinguish the controversy, insisting that the so-called conflict with the club management is unfounded.
