This cauliflower cheese will surprise even those who hate vegetables – the secret is in three steps

If you are looking for a way to cook something tasty, satisfying and at the same time light, then pay attention to this unusual recipe. This dish looks like real cheese, melts in your mouth and is 100% plant-based. Both adults and children will like it, and its benefits for digestion and figure can hardly be overestimated.

You will need:

1 small head of cauliflower
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 clove of garlic
50 g hard cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and nutmeg to taste

How to cook:

  • Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, boil in salted water until soft, drain and dry well.
  • Place the cabbage in a blender, add olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt and a pinch of nutmeg.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. If you want a richer taste, add a little grated cheese and taste again.
    Serve chilled.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
