Residents of Perm extend their lives by walking – forcedly. The region is covered in snow, the streets are full of jinglebells – trees are falling, the city is stuck in 10-point traffic jams, couriers have changed their shoes to skis.
The snowstorm continues for almost a day, 22 cm of precipitation fell, and the snowfall has already been called the heaviest in 15 years. Locals fight their way through traffic jams of 9-10, push buses stuck in the snow themselves, and cheerfully march on foot so as not to stand in traffic jams for half a day. Perm airport did not receive or depart flights for more than 17 hours. There is no electricity in some areas.
