Surprise! Where will the match of the Health Cluj be played

The decision was made following an agreement between the two clubs, after the Oltenians proposed to move the match to Craiova. The band prepared by Vasile Miriuță (57 years) accepted the proposal of the Oltenians.

Craiova University will play practically two matches on their own field in the Romanian Cup group.

The match between the two bands is scheduled on Wednesday, October 29, 2025.

The band prepared by Mirel Rădoi (44 years old) officially announced, today, October 14, on his Facebook page:

The match in the Romanian Cup with Cluj Health will be played on the “Ion Oblemenco” stadium. 🤩

Thus, the University of Craiova will have, practically, two matches on their own ground, after the duel with FCSB from the same competition.

Group B program in the Romanian Cup

Craiova University was distributed in Group B, together with FCSB, Ploiești, UTA Arad, Gloria Bistrița and Health Cluj.

• Cluj Health – Craiova University

• Gloria Bistrița – FCSB

• UTA Arad – Ploiești Oil

• Stage 2:

• Ploiești Oil – Craiova University

• UTA Arad – FCSB

• Cluj – Gloria Bistrița health

• Stage 3:

• Craiova University – FCSB

• Health – Oil

• Gloria Bistrița – UTA Arad

The first two teams in each group qualify in the quarterfinals, and the winners of the groups will play the matches from “quarters” on their own ground.

The semifinals of the Romanian Cup are scheduled on April 22, 2026, while the final is scheduled on May 13, 2026.

For Craiova University follows the match on their own field in Superliga, on Saturday, October 18, against the Ialomiteni from Unirea Slobozia, from 5:30 pm.
