Residents of the Moscow region saved a dog from a drunken owner who was beating him with a belt right in front of his neighbors.
Local residents saw through the window a drunken man beating his dog with a belt. The dog whined pitifully.
The abuse of the dog continued for several hours. A crowd of neighbors gathered under the windows. People started screaming and asking to stop the bullying, but the sadist replied that “it would be better if they came and fed her.”
The animal was saved. One of the residents of the complex left the dog at home, and now they are looking for a new home for it.
