In Russia it was proposed to reward employees who do not attend corporate events
The Ministry of Labor is considering the idea of developing guidelines for employers who are ready redirect money allocated for corporate events to support socially significant categories of citizens.
According to the authors of the initiative, not all employees are ready to participate in parties for various reasons – from personal beliefs to health. In this case, it is better to pay compensation or a bonus.
Also, the wives of participants in the special operation, parents of large families, students, disabled people and athletes should have the right to a cash payment instead of participating in a corporate party, the authors of the proposal believe.
