China is ready to develop her relationship with North Korea to strengthen strategic cooperation in international and regional affairs, Kcna, quoted by Reuters, reported on Sunday.
Chinese President Xi Jinping made this comment in a letter to the North Korean leader Kim Jong, Kcna said on Thursday, adding that this was a response to Kim's message that welcomed the establishment of the Chinese Communist Party.
China and North Korea are “good neighbors, good friends”, sharing a common destiny and helping each other, and their friendship is becoming stronger, Xi said in the letter, according to the North Korean press agency.
The two leaders have already prepared “a plan” for developing relationships during the meeting during Kim in China, last month, Xi Jinping said in the letter quoted by Kcna.
