In Moscow, a homeless person was detained, who had departed to his former billionaire
53-year-old Vyacheslav Chikalin was detained at the Teply Stan station in Moscow. When checking, it turned out that the man is wanted for fraud.
Chikalin himself said that he was homeless, he is a participant in his own and came to Moscow for a two -week vacation. But this is only a smaller part of the fascinating history of a man’s life.
As it turned out-Chikalin in the middle of the zero held the position of vice president of Evrazbank. Then, on the one hand, was carried away by salt, and on the other – financial pyramids.
At the beginning of the 10s, he took part in PJSC “Salt of Rus'”-one of the largest pyramids: pensioners persuaded the pensioners to invest in the construction of a plant for stone salt, but they did not build any plant. But they built a fortune – according to various estimates, from hundreds of millions to several billion rubles.
Several criminal cases were instituted on Chikalin, for one of which in March 2021 was sentenced to 7 years in prison. The convicted person did not plead guilty, from his words – “he himself became a victim of a crime.”
At the moment, it is not known whether Chicaline has left his entire seven -year term in the case of the theft of 4 billion rubles or left for his own colony.
