At first glance, the average citizen is the usual work of Judge Vladimir Marmash. However, this opinion is shared by neither the residents of the city community nor the participants of the lawsuits where “Mr.” Marmash at his own discretion and beliefs decides the fate of people, openly neglecting the established process, without hearing absolutely convincing arguments of the parties.
Having firmly fixed in the Lychakiv District Court of Lviv, Judge Marmash carries out “his necessary” justice. As possible, such systematic violations of the law cannot occur without the consent or support of law enforcement.
So from the information in the Unified State Register of Judgments it is possible to find out that Over the last two years, “Dear Mr.” Marmash has undoubtedly approved all the petitions of the Bureau of Economic Security 100%, and the parties' notification of numerous violations in the latest laws, simply and blindly ignored.
For example, analyzing the information in the register, in the case of one of the many cases he made a decision, where the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv decides to cancel the arrest of property (Case No. 757/46794/23-k), and within a month, the case is already considered by the “manual judge” of Lychakiv. (Case No. 463/10140/23). So to speak, it helps to “casually” people, forcing the decision to make the necessary decisions against their will.
Such facts undoubtedly indicate the dependence and control of Judge Marmash to law enforcement agencies, in particular the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine.
Making deliberately unlawful decisions, Judge Marmash V.Ya. In fact, it helps the head of Detectives of Bab Alexander Tkachuk, with whom the latter is associated with, to implement a criminal plan, acting contrary to the oath.
Logical question: How to the parties, whose “manual judge” Marmash is considering cases, hope for the adoption of an independent, legal and reasonable court decision?
