PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński emphasized at a Monday meeting with residents in Łódź that the new constitution should be the basis of a new organization of the state and a sign that “we already have a new Poland”. As he said, the new constitution must introduce adequate security.

The head of PiS added that the design of the new constitution must also propose “extraordinary security – those that are not in other constitutions.” – There are some non -legal mechanisms, because each constitution, each law works in the sphere of a certain culture, customs or customary law – he noted.

As he said, 2/3 of the parliament 'votes is required to change the constitution, which “is not easy to get, so we must also look for other possibilities.” – Not to break the constitution, but acknowledge that the one present at the moment does not apply – he assessed.

– We want us to be more. We just don't want fraudsters among us who claim that they are in our camp, and in fact they just aim at places in parliament and are ready to cooperate with the Civic Platform. Who is ready to cooperate with the Civic Platform, he cannot be in the patriotic camp – emphasized the PiS president.

Kaczyński also said that the current constitution was built in special circumstances. – First (PAP was done – PAP), just so that Lech Wałęsa would not gain much power, so take as much as possible to the president and transfer to the government, but later Aleksander Kwasniewski becomes president, therefore the way the other side – he said. The result of such activities was – according to him – the creation of a constitution with a “fatal structure, denying itself, creating conflicts.” (PAP)
