The ex-employee of the administration of the Belgorod region was sentenced to 21 years of conclusion for assistance to terrorism
Victoria Shinkaruruk was accused of receiving a card from her ex -husband Yevgeny Kiseel, who was hiding in Ukraine, over 100 thousand rubles and placed money in a cache. The funds were intended for unidentified participants in the criminal group, who planned to commit a terrorist attack in the interests of “curators from Ukraine”.
Shinkaru was accused of five articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, including “participation in the terrorist community” and “preparation for a terrorist act”. Investigators believe that Shinkarruk and her accomplice were engaged in the movement of explosives into caches, as well as transferring money.
She did not admit her guilt, saying that she transferred money at the request of her husband and did not know about any preparatory attacks. The prosecution asked for the girl to say to the 21st prison, the court agreed with the arguments of the prosecution.
