After Krasnoyarka received money, the attackers again contacted her under the guise of employees of the power department and said that funds should be submitted to the investigative department to introduce them to the materials of the criminal case. She agreed and handed over the entire amount of the coming courier. Only after they began to demand 600 thousand for canceling the transaction, she realized that she was deceived and turned to the police, ”the department said.

The second victim was a 21-year-old resident of the Kirovsky district. At the end of summer, a call from the allegedly mobile operator received a call with the message about the need to extend the validity of the SIM card service contract, in connection with which it was necessary to dictate the code sent to her number. After that, the imaginary employee of the Central Bank contacted the girl in one of the messengers and said that right now, money is transferred to another country from her accounts, which is a criminal offense, so “it is necessary to declare all the houses available at home”. Krasnoyarka took about 5 million rubles from her mother and handed them over to the courier. In addition, at the direction of scammers, she laid out the gold jewelry of her mother in a pawnshop and transferred the proceeds to the indicated account, and also transferred the money from the accounts of the relative to her account and sent it to the fraudsters. The total damage amounted to almost 10 million rubles.

“The police found that two 25-year-old couriers from Tomsk were involved in the deception of girls.
