Happy’s dog from Krasnoyarsk, known as the first expert-inspector in Russia, became the finalist of the prestigious All-Russian Prize “My affectionate and desired beast”.
Socialist Marina Yakubenko and her pet are identifying unauthorized landfills in the region. According to sibnovosti.ru, Happy has exceptional abilities to detect hidden waste.
During the raids, the dog helps the hostess to find even carefully disguised landfills, tearing the ground in places where he sees violations. At the same time, for his safety, Marina does not take him for objects with biological waste or chemical pollution.
The activities of the eco -inspector were recognized at the federal level – the duet became known thanks to systemic work in the Popular Front.
The award ceremony will take place next spring in Kaliningrad. Happy is fighting for the victory in the nomination “Our Brothers” among 400 participants from all over Russia.
