On September 3, the people's deputy from the Voice Yaroslav Zheleznyak published an investigation according to which the Poltava Ova concluded contracts for UAH 372 million for the construction of protective structures and built “instead of fortifications of the decoration.” The people's deputy claims that at least 200 million UAH “went not for construction.” Allegedly, the former head of the Poltava ova Philip Pronin, as well as the acting, was involved in this story Head of the Ov Vladimir Kogut. Both were called to the Verkhovna Rada for explanations in the session hall.
“Today, information in the information space was extended in the information space that is incomplete, inaccurate and contains manipulations with facts relating to the process of building fortifications. We inform that as of September 3, 14 platoon strongholds and lines of non -explosive fences were fulfilled in full,” Ova said.
The Poltava regional administration claims that all work was carried out in accordance with the approved design and estimate documentation, and the quality of work was confirmed by a number of checks.
“In total, UAH 375 million was spent on the construction of fortifications, of which about 70 million UAH amounts to VAT. The largest part of the expenses – more than 240 million UAH – was sent to the purchase of materials, while about 65 million UAH was aimed at construction work,” the ova explained.
The regional administration said that for several years now, “attempts to discredit the Poltava ova, people who work daily, work around the clock to strengthen the defense capability of the country.” And this allegedly “involved large forces and means that now work only for the enemy.”
“Ova initiates additional checks in order to fix the absence of any violations by the customer, and the provision of an assessment to persons who carry out measures to discredit the regional military administration and the leadership of the region,” the post is indicated.

The construction of fortifications in Ukraine is engaged in several structures, in particular, the regional administration.
