Fire Point, a Ukrainian company producing Flamingo rockets, will produce fuel in Denmark for long -range missiles, the Danish government said on Wednesday. This is the first foreign expansion of this type of Ukrainian defense company.

Fuel production is to take place near the Danish Air Base of Skrydstrup in south of Jutland. F-16 Royal Air Force operates from it.
“It's a helpful hand for Ukraine in her struggle for safety, independence, and above all for the possibility of living in peace,” Danish defense minister Troels Lund Poulsen told journalists.
Denmark is at the forefront of countries supporting Ukraine's war. From February 2022, i.e. the start of the full -scale invasion by Vladimir Putin to Ukraine, the government in Copenhagen has allocated about $ 10 billion to military assistance for Kiev.
The President of Ukraine Wołodymyr Zelanski is visiting Denmark on Wednesday. In the second half of the day he will go to France. The Ukrainian leader previously announced that he would talk to the Danes and the French, including about stronger sanctions towards Russia.
Flamingo rocket with a range of 3,000 KM is, according to Zelanski, the most effective Ukrainian weapon. At the latest by February 2026, its mass production should be launched. Currently, Ukrainians are to produce one flamingo rocket per day.
Flamingo warhead with a mass of 1150 kg allows the destruction of targets at a depth previously inaccessible to Ukrainian shock agents. The rocket is also protected against the action of Russian radio -electronic combat systems.
Armaments Zakłady Artem in Kiev and Piwdenmas in the Dnieper are key centers of the Ukrainian rocket industry, which played an important role in the development and production of this modern weapon system. The sources of the project of the new Ukrainian weapons probably come from the United Arab Emirates (ZAA). (PAP)
