The former deputy prosecutor of the KBR Azret Kadyrov was arrested in absentia in Moscow – he illegally issued 6 thousand square meters of land in Elbrusier for the construction of the sanatorium.
According to Mash, Larisa Kadyrov was detained and transferred to the capital in September 2024. According to the investigation, Kadyrov’s sister illegally assigned to her ownership a land plot next to the Adyl-Su allager near the village of Elbrus. In 2015, the local court ordered the administration to conclude a contract of sale of the site with a woman for 450k rubles. At the same time, its cadastral value was 8.4 million.
The security forces believe: Kadyrov, being a judge of the Elbrus court, designed square meters for a sister for nothing for the construction of a sanatorium complex. Azret Kadyrov worked as a judge of the Elbrus district court since 2006, in 2018 – 2022 – the prosecutor of the Elbrus district. Since February 2022, there was a deputy prosecutor of the KBR. At the end of 2024, he was fired.
The possible accomplice of Kadyrov, the former deputy chairman of the Supreme Court of the KBR Murat Efendiev, was not yet arrested on the search for the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Efendiev is suspected of fraud, money laundering in especially large and fraud with a land plot in Elbrusier for 31 million rubles. He held the posts of the chairman of the Elbrus district court (2014-2020) and the deputy chairman of the Supreme Court of the KBR.
