Ilie Bolojan is sure that the availability of the administration will find jobs: “It is necessary on the private labor market”

Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan states that the state employees who would be dismissed through the fiscal-budgetary reforms concerning the public administration can be employed in the private environment, where there are “real jobs, in which money is earned honestly”.

Ile Bolojan, who supports the idea of personnel discounts in the local and central public administration, was asked in a press conference on Tuesday, if the Government made a calculation on the impact of any redundancies on the unemployment rate.
“At the moment, the private environment in Romania, from many places does not have to hire and the faster we make, the more money we will save from the Romanian state and we will not be able to increase taxes and taxes, we will be able to continue investments that will generate jobs. Honest. replied Ilie Bolojan.
The prime minister showed that, in Romania, the mayors with a number of similar inhabitants, with similar problems, and some work very well with a small number of employees, and others have a structure of oversized personnel and have no money for the development of localities, and sometimes not for the payment of salaries.
As for the Prime Minister's Chancellery, Ilie Bolojan said that in this structure of the administration the reduction of staff will exceed 30% and will approach 40%, announcing that a project in this regard will be made public in the next period.
