A resident of the Krasnoyarsk Territory was fined for launching a quadrocopter over the reserve

In the Taimyr district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the man was brought to administrative responsibility for the illegal use of airspace over the reserve.

According to the West Siberian Transport Prosecutor's Office, the law was violated in June of this year:

“It was established that a local resident within the borders of the Putoran State Natural Reserve launched an unmanned aerial vehicle with a maximum take -off mass of more than 500 grams without the appropriate permission of the Taimyr reserves, in the interests of which a constant zone of flight restrictions was established.”

Under Part 2 of Art. 11.4 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation, the quadrocopter owner was sentenced to a fine in the amount of 30 thousand rubles.
