They will deprive property without court and investigation, – Tymoshenko warned about the threats of another law from power.
According to the leader of the Motherland, the Government Bill No. 9363 on the digitalization of the enforcement proceedings “Successful by the Degrees of Power”. The authorities have prepared another law, which they plan without court and investigation to enter individuals and legal entities in the register of debtors for the lowest debt formed by tax, shopping center, police or border service. And then – to automatically deprive the opportunity to dispose of their property, including transport and land.
“The debt can be on a penny, and the property is arrested everything,” Tymoshenko added. She stressed that in any country in the world it is impossible to deprive a person or entrepreneur without a court. Therefore, she urged MPs to protect the interests of Ukrainians and sabotage this bill.
