When the man opened the door, there was a woman. Deminists say: the neighbor took out – he constantly listened to the music all night and did not react to comments.
UPD. Everything happened in the village of Nazia in the Leningrad Region. The police detained Ivan J. – they started an administrative. Now the issue of initiating a criminal case is being resolved. The man was previously convicted by 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
