The audition will take place as part of the investigation of the alleged “coup d'état”, initiated after notifying the President of the Constitutional Tribunal Bogdan Święczkowski, who accused, among others Prime Minister, Marshals of the Sejm and Senate and ministers acting in the “organized criminal group” aimed at changing the system of the Republic of Poland and the paralysis of the Constitutional Tribunal. The case is being carried out by the Warsaw District Prosecutor's Office, and the audit hearing is to last until the end of 2025.

Politics is not about night meetings, dinners with the leader of the largest opposition party. In addition, in my opinion, irresponsible words about the coup. A day later, a meeting of the leaders of the ruling coalition on the reconstruction of the government was held, in which the head of Poland 2050 also took part.
Hołownia, referring to media reports about the meeting with Bielan, emphasized on platform X that “intensification and excitement” related to his meeting “is neither justified nor indicated”. He noted that he is “one of the few politicians in Poland who regularly meets representatives of both deadly camps”.
