Temperatures below zero degrees, at the end of August, in a city in Romania. What news does meteorologists have for the next period

The weather continues to cool in most regions, and the temperatures will remain below the normal values for this period, the National Meteorological Administration (ANM) announces. On Monday, August 25, the maximums will not exceed 28 degrees Celsius, and the mornings will be cool, especially in the north and center. At Miercurea Ciuc was registered -1 grade Celsius.

The sky will be partially cloudy, and in the afternoon there will be isolated weak rains in the mountain areas, but also in the north and northeast of the country. The wind will be weak to moderate, with temporary intensifications on the mountain ridges and in Dobrogea.
The minimums will go down to -1 grade Miercurea Ciuc. The same negative temperature was recorded on Monday morning at Obârșia Lotrului, Poiana Stampei, Stâna de Vale, Iezer and Omu Peak. At Joseni and Călimani there were 0 degrees.
On Monday, in the center of the country, the fog could appear in the morning.
In Bucharest, the weather stays beautiful, but colder than usual. The maximum will be about 27 degrees Celsius, and the minimum will fit between 10 and 13 degrees Celsius. The sky will be predominantly clear, and the wind will be weak to moderate.
The last week of August will continue to bring thermal values below the average of the period in the east, north and center, while in the southwest the weather will be close to the calendar normal. The amounts of precipitation will generally remain within the usual limits for this period.
