In Krasnoyarsk, they compiled a short list of names for the pool in the North

The Department of Urban Planning of Krasnoyarsk determined the finalists of the name competition for the new pool.

The multifunctional sports complex will be opened in the North microdistrict at the intersection of streets on May 9 and Vodopyanova. There are three floors in the building: the first is a wardrobe, a cafe, two locker rooms – male and female, two hammams, shower and rooms with two pools. The rest are a children's room, a gym for strength training, a sports museum, a checker-shahmate club and administrative premises.

The collection of opinions on what name for the new pool is considered the most suitable, in early August they launched the Gradnik telegram channel. As a result, the specialists of the Department of Urban Planning received more than 400 offers from the Krasnoyarsk residents, among them the most popular and interesting ones were selected.

They entered the short list:

• Victory;
• Wave;
• Northern Star;
• Iceberg;
• Pearl.

Now experts offer citizens to take part in online voting and choose the best, in their opinion, option. This can be done by the link, the results will be announced next week.

We will remind, earlier it became known that the Krasnoyarsk Solnechny near the stadium wanted to build an ice palace. The object will allow local residents, including young people, to study figure skating and hockey, without leaving the microdistrict.
