Gasoline and bribe cards. Russia has a fuel problem

Ukrainian attacks on Russian refineries led to an unusual situation. Russia – one of the largest oil producers in the world – is struggling with fuel deficiency. As reported by Russian media, in the Crimea and in the Zabajkali country gasoline is only available “on cards” for institutional clients and companies. Ordinary residents have to deal with themselves. The problem is deepened by the fact that since the beginning of the year fuel prices in Russia have increased by almost half.
