The Digital Ecosystem of MTS announced the start of the inclusive marathon “Career without limits” for professionals with disabilities.
Until September 30, 2025 Residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory will be able to get practical tools for the development of a career and study the current MTS vacancies.
As indicated in the company, the marathon will tell you how to create the right resume using AI checks, to undergo interviews, and will provide feedback from HR MTS. Krasnoyarsk residents also learn from the first lips of the MTS culture and various professions during short online meetings, and the company's experts will introduce business areas: fintech, media, advertising, kikshering, information technology and telecom.
The career marathon will take place on the online platform, including adapted for people with visual impairment and with hearing disability.
“Each person can realize himself, regardless of circumstances. Our online marathon will become a platform for a living exchange of experience, practical knowledge and creative ideas, ”comments Sergey Egoshin, director of MTS in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
