Inter sports director of Inter, Piero Ausilio, has made some interesting disclosures from his long career at Inter. The chief on the sports side called the transfer who saved the team, admitted the regret not to be signed on Khvicha Kvaratskhelia in the past and revealed that he was rebuked by his son about the latest acquisition of the rivals from AC Milan, Ardon Jashari.
Piero Ausilio, 50, has been working in Inter 1998, with a one year break in the 2004/2005 season, when he was employed in Spezia. He was, in turn, coordinator of the Academy, manager and, from 2014, sports director.
He made interesting disclosures in an interview with the daily Gazzetta Dello Sport.

“During a winter transfer period, I sold a player of our abroad and breathed in relief. It was a very difficult time, in which I had difficulty paying wages.

But I closed them both in a room, until they solved things between them. I don't know if it was the most difficult transfer but maybe for inter has been the most important”, Remarks Ausilio.
The biggest mistake in my career? The fact that I did not bring Kvaratskhelia. But I was not the only one who made this mistake, because it was proposed to many clubs in Italy. We were playing 3-5-2, and he was a 4-3-3 player, which is why I didn't transfer him.

Ausilio also revealed what his son transmitted to Ardon Jashari, the Swiss defensive midfielder transferred this summer by AC Milan:
